Data Entry Clerk Needed

Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Roadside Assistance service, Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner, Escalate calls as necessary, Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues.

Ability to pass background check required; Seeking Fluent French/English Speakers, Bi-lingual Shift Differential Offered
